Finlite is a level 1 BEE 100% black-owned and managed skills development provider accredited with the insurance seta (INSETA) for the following full qualifications:
- National Certificate: Wealth Management NQF 5
- FETC: Long Term Insurance NQF 4
In addition, we have over 40 accredited and non-accredited short courses on different financial topics for both professionals and consumers which can be customized for any long or short-term learning objectives.
Financial Literacy and Financial Wellness
We’ve been pioneers of financial literacy in the workplace and communities since 2009 and have been working with many employers to develop customized and impactful financial literacy and wellness programs that have impacted thousands of people with hundreds of thousands of debts paid off and millions worth of interest, penalties, and legal claims saved. We are also an NCR registered debt counselor and have been using this license to help people, mostly employees of our employer partners to get a second chance at a healthier financial lifestyle and a chance to build and create wealth through our employee financial literacy and financial wellness programs.

OUR MISSION
We are passionate about youth skills development, using leadership, internships, and tech to bridge the skills gap to facilitate the creation of long-term job and entrepreneurial opportunities in the financial sector.
We are also on a mission to create rural and township-based wealth managers who will serve the objective of bridging the knowledge and solutions gap most black communities need to thrive. We’ve been working with informal groups like Stokvels, Burial Societies, and communities through our financial literacy programs to impart the right impactful knowledge working with our partners.

Finlite is based in Pretoria, Johannesburg, with a national footprint of facilitators, assessors, and a robust tech platform to support any type of mandate no matter the size.
Regulatory Exams
We also provide training and facilitation regarding Regulatory Exams (RE). Here we supply students with
preparation material in digital format as well as undertaking mock exams, with overall RE preparation
carried out across four sessions of three hours each, to ensure more effective, relaxed learning.
There's a also an option of taking the self-learning and self paced online tutorials through our online platform.
Distance and Facillitated
We provide both distance learning through our digital online learning platform courses.finlite.co.za as well as facilitated learning, the latter being undertaken onsite at our learning centre in Fourways, Pretoria offices and our satelite partner campuses.
